I dare say that with the steps above well studied and the continuance of your self-improvement through the following suggestions, you will move from the dregs of existence to the most sublime realms of Personal Freedom. If one happens to be at the lowest point in life -- the dregs of existence -- and has difficulty even warming up to the steps above, he would begin to lift himself up by studying the following book. It is the ONLY book I've ever read that gives results; and fast. If you are not at the lowest point -- and I don't think you'd be, after having read to this point -- I strongly suggest that you study it, anyway. If your lowest point happens to be phobias, irrational fears, stress, detrimental emotions, etc., not only should you read the book above, but you should also download the free EFT Manual above and learn to perform it on yourself. You can read also, HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES by Dr. Claire Weekes. She is the only author I know of who explains exactly the anatomy of phobias. If phobias are not your problem you may skip Dr. Weekes' book. The steps above are just to get you started. There is much more in the Audio Program and in the Personal Magnetism Home Course. So there you are. If you never read anything else in your life but the books above, you'd be on your way to freedom. Thousands of books are published every year but out of them only less than half dozen have anything REAL to say.  Advices For Personal Freedom Hi Gil: I received an advertisement from the __ self-empowerment group. But, the way the world is today it’s hard to believe anyone. Specially as they reiterate the secrets they have that others don’t. What do you think of all these “organizations?” First of all, the world is really messed up worse than ever. This, along with other things, points to a devolution prior to a further evolution - to a new civilization. It's either this or the planet going up in smoke. I believe the basic cause of the whole madness in the world in the present, is a psychotic in the White House, who has confused everybody. I believe, in his fanaticism, he is trying to bring about an end to the world in order to satisfy himself that the predictions in the bible are true; so he can say, "I told you so." The other cause is the crazy advertisement which has gotten out of hand just to make money; because the people are engaging in the, "get rich before you die" syndrome. I don't know anything with regards to the ___ self empowerment group. But it appears that there are more “groups” as things become worse in the world. Since you are a member of the Personal Magnetism Home Study Course On all Human Abilities, I can tell you that the Magnetism Home Course is a labor of love. If I wanted to make big money I certainly would not have organized it. It is one of my purposes in life. In its steady and enlightening progress it brings back the solid values that have always existed while at the same time making the student aware of the malevolent part of the world. The reason why people are so down on gays is the same reason they are down on anything sexual other than a straight f... in the missionary position. The first cause, of course, is mysticism. The second is the traditional conditioning, which also has to do with mysticism. The third, is lack of sexual experience. Most men and women are afraid of sex. They have never had the guts to try anything different, sexual or other. Most people are sexually starved but they don't know it. Somewhere in the back of their minds they long for some kind of touching but they aren't close enough to themselves to understand their feelings. Also, most people don't have a clue on the differences between love and sex. America has become insane on sex. Anyone has the right to decide how they are going to have sex. That's their business. They also have the right to experiment with the pleasures of sex, which, after eating, is the strongest survival instinct. My experience has been that satisfying sex, no matter how or with whom, if not counter-survival, is conducive to health and long life. What is the soul, now and after death?" J.F. California. Concerning the soul: I am my own soul as I write this. In the past, when studying metaphysics I never found any other "thing" called the soul, outside of my own self as I am now. When it comes to these things people simply repeat, without experience, what writers have written about some "mysterious" powers. But I have never found them outside of the grandest power in existence -- MAN/WOMAN. When one has worked on him/herself for a while, until s/he reaches a certain amount of personal freedom, s/he will be so happy producing for him/herself and others that s/he will never even wonder about what lies beyond death. When one is being who and what one is, from moment to moment, one hasn't time to, nor cares to exemplify. And being who one is, is honesty. However, one must always strive to give better life and action to one's character traits. Others will take the example by osmosis. How do "you" self improve? Is there a quick prescription for attaining self-ownership? In reference to your Prescription in the Transformation tapes, there are so many viewpoints out there, what can I believe? I don't want to live by someone else's viewpoint nor follow gurus. What is one of the first attributes of the use of honesty with self? One feels healthier, productive and guiltless. One feels as the cause of his life rather than an effect. "I just finished the course. Wonderful material, and wonderful guitar playing ! One question. You said that personal transformation is not like getting a college degree - it is an on-going thing. But, you also said something like "You will know when your transformation is complete, because you will become uncomplicated." So, is there really an endpoint? What does that mean - becoming uncomplicated? Sorry to overanalyze, but I'd like to hear what you might have to say about that. C.J. PA How important is a "method" in order to self improve? Are you saying that the mind can exist outside the body? The mind, as it is now, cannot exist without a body. But, it might be that an expanded mind -- totally conscious and focused -- apparently, can so strengthen the Sense of Self that this sense seems to exist outside a body. Apparently, the sense of Self is not the mind. In sleep I am unconscious. Sleep is the dormancy of the five senses. Now I wake up, am conscious that I am I, but much more expanded. The body doesn't seem to be in the picture. These experiences I have kept secret for a long time. It is time to air them out. Thousands of people experience this often, but, being afraid to investigate, they attribute them to divine beings, etc., etc. And -- LOL -- write books about heaven. All kinds of heavens exist -- if you create them. It's all you. Respectfully, Gil In the preface of your book, The Secret, you talk about the two kinds of truths. The technical and the universal. This to me would equal the technical=what you know you don't know and the universal=what you don't know you don't know. Just an observation. Mmmmmm. This to me smells of existentialism. There is nothing that the human mind cannot understand. Life is basically simple. I once studied with a magnanimous mystical brotherhood and one of the things I found excellent was this: "What you know you must know that you know so you can demonstrate it." Imbeciles don't know that they don't know. Mystics in general like to make the supposed "other world" consciousness very complex as an excuse for not getting the ecstasy they seek -- which should be achieved through good horse sense right here on earth. Technique is how you safely drive a car. Universal law would be the gravity and laws of physics encountered when driving the boat. I agree with everything, except that mysticism is based on "beliefs". In my opinion, mysticism comes from the heart. The heart does not "believe", the heart knows. The heart is a muscle. He who dies in a suicide mission is not a mystic, he is a fool and weakling, whose mind was taken away from him, by someone with the ambition to have power. Don't you know? That's how those with the ambition for power control the fools. Through belief and faith in mystical crap that makes one guilty and then promises heaven. Do you think the fanatics would kill themselves only for the country? No, no, no. They kill themselves because they are under the belief that they are given a place in heaven side by side with "god." Their minds have been taken away from them through guilt and false faith.
